Cook it. Try it. Like it! A Guide for Program Leaders

Cook it. Try it. Like it! is an after school food skills program designed to promote healthy eating habits by providing students with hands-on experience cooking and tasting nutritious food. Students learn important concepts such as food handling and preparation skills, food safety, nutrition, grocery shopping, how food is grown and where it comes from.
